ABOUT HADLEY JANE
I'm a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IINHC) with a devotion to nutrient-dense foods, a passion for holistic living, and a love for elevating everyday life.
I hope you love the ritual of slow, intentional cooking as much as I do—the silkiness of homemade butter, the gentle rise of sourdough, the way a perfectly aged wine lingers on your palate... But there’s a world of flavor, artistry, and nourishment you haven’t yet unlocked—the lost, sensual craft of fermentation. That's why I teach epicurean women how to make fermented foods from scratch—not just for gut health, but to elevate every meal, reclaim creativity in the kitchen, and indulge in food that is both deeply nourishing and wildly pleasurable.

How I fell in love with the Art of Food
Food has always been my first love. My father is a chef, so from an early age, I was captivated by the magic of ingredients coming together to create something beautiful. As a teenager, I immersed myself in food exploration—going from plant-based experiments to fully embracing an ancestral diet rooted in tradition, nourishment, and connection to nature. But it wasn’t until I discovered fermentation that something shifted. This wasn’t just cooking—it was alchemy. It was taking something simple—milk, vegetables, grains—and transforming it into something alive and layered with rich complexity. Fermentation became my artistic expression, my grounding ritual, and my way to connect to something far greater than myself.
